According to proguski@redhat.com in order to publish plugins under reg.rh.io/rhdh/<plugin-id>:<tag> we need 1 unique component per plugin in the https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/releng/konflux-release-data repo

Today we only have 1 component

https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/releng/konflux-release-data/-/blob/main/tenants-config/cluster/stone-prod-p02/tenants/rhdh-tenant/components/rhdh-plugin-catalog-1.yaml

So we'll need to script a way to generate MRs for adding new components based on the list in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh-plugin-catalog/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/plugin_list.txt

This will of course need to be integrated into https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/scripts/tagRelease.sh so that when we cut a new branch we also cut a new set of components for the upcoming RHDH 1.y release.
