      Align the rhdh-theme (now part of rhdh-plugins) so that the sidebar looks (more) like a PatternFly 6 main navigation.

      Note: The feature/epic and this story has a minor priority. We should skip this, when its too complicated or has any risk.

      1. Update the theme
      2. Test it in rhdh (rhdh-local or on a cluster) with some common plugins and share some screenshots in your PR with UX/PM
      3. Release a new theme version
