Update the rhdh-theme (part of rhdh-plugins now) to look more like PF 6 buttons.

Let us focus on quick wins like an updated border radius.

Note: We should merge this only if the buttons in MUI v4 and MUI v5 plugins on rhdh looks similar. We don't want have different button styles depending on the used MUI version.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Update the theme, use at least the border radius from PF 6
2. Test it in rhdh (rhdh-local or on a cluster) with some common plugins
3. Release a new version
4. Update rhdh
