Update the rhdh-theme (part of rhdh-plugins now) to look more like PF 6 cards.

Let us focus on quick wins like an updated border radius.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Update the theme, use at least the border radius from PF 6
2. Check/discuss with with UX/Shiran if we REALLY want restore the padding on Cards with elevation=2. Christoph removed this in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/pull/126. But Shiran doesn't like that change and it's a visual change to the old theme!
3. Test it in rhdh (rhdh-local or on a cluster) with some common plugins and share some screenshots in your PR with UX/PM
4. Release a new theme version
5. Update rhdh
