As a user of RHDH, I want to import Gitlab projects. Also I should be able to import Gihub/Gitlab in scaffolder flow.

A. Supporting GitLab in Bulk Import

1. Check for User should be able to see list of gitlab projects.
2. Check for User should be able to see preview of selected project

B. Bulk Import using Scaffolder Action

1. Verify User should be able to see correct status of task
2. Verify User should be able to see task details

upstream documentation updates (design docs, release notes etc)
