EPIC Goal

As we are supporting the LDAP plugin to ingest users, we need to add documentation on how to set it up and document the usage of all available configs.

Background/Feature Origin

There is currently no RHDH documentation on how to set up the LDAP catalog plugin - most customers are referring to the upstream docs. 

Why is this important?{}

This plugin has a lot of customer usage and should be documented for a better customer experience.

Customers wanting to set up and use LDAP as an identity provider can refer to these docs to set up the plugin.
