automated testing for the generated overlay repo PRs

      Need to create automated testing for the generated PRs in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/pulls we we can merge them faster

      This should involve:

      • expected testing process, including how to install a given plugin
      • how to run the tests (openshift ci / prow?)
