Completely remove any dependency on the Scalprum library from RHDH.
This important for 2 reasons:

• Scalprum has finally not been selected by the upstream project as the basis for their module federation needs (they preferred the standard module federation runtime approach)
• Scalprum is a specific, non-standard implementation of module federation, which doesn't bring any added value to RHDH according to the RHDH module federation needs which are fairly basic.
• We need to stay based on upstream code as much as possible, which implies being based on the same module federation framework.

This feature would become unnecessary as soon as RHDH is switched to the new frontend system in production.

We have no foreseeable timeframe for when the new frontend system would be available for production use though.
