• Call with the customer and the field to understand the customer configuration (Backstage + Spanner)
• Quick POC to replicate that with RHDH and validate the feasibility
• Create follow-up epics/tasks (updates to the installers, docs for all supported install methods, testing considerations (e.g., RHDH upgrades), ...)
