Remove all references to the custom auditor implementation and instead direct users to the upstream documentation.

Proposed changes for the enterprise documentation:

• Update references of isAuditLog to isAuditEvent in the audit log documentation.

• Remove Sections 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 from the audit log documentation, as these features are not supported in the downstream version.
