      NOTES:

      • Permissions: only the members of redhat-developer org would be able to trigger the job. Need to check if we can further limit this to our team
      • Limit for the overall PRs (for now: 2, but can be adjusted as needed)
      • Spike on timeouts: max limit for cluster claim timeout (2h?) and OpenShift CI job timeout (6h?) => check doc (RHIDP-6402)
      • Share the environment link in the PR
      • Create a separate Vault and provide access for people to inject their own secrets (e.g., GH creds, ...)
