      In https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh-plugin-catalog/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/docker/Containerfile we have a scratch based container but we could insteasd use that to install yarn and node and podman/buildash & jq/yq and other things we need to run the dynamic plugin exports.
