  • remove any konflux.additional-tags "latest" tags
  • see line 645

This means that when we branch for 1.6:

• 1.7 becomes the new "next" tag from main / rhdh-1-rhel-9 branch
• 1.6 will become the new "latest" from release-1.6 / rhdh-1.6-rhel-9 branch
• 1.5 should no longer use the "latest" tag when publishing containers or FBCs to quay.io/rhdh
