      Because there might be some discreprancies between podman-compose vs docker-compose, we want at least some minimal sanity checks in CI to ensure RHDH Local works with both Podman and Docker.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • It should be triggered on PRs
      • It should run some simple compose linting if possible
      • It should test running the app using both docker-compose and podman-compose, and perform a minimal check like checking the access to the home page
