Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Implement internationalization (i18n) support for the RHDH platform. This feature should only add
the i18n capbility to the platform, but not ship any translations.
Some teams may want to add their own translations, or text replacements. This feature should support this
and create the basis to add translations in future releases.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

• Enable users to add translation files to RHDH
• integration of translation files via ConfigMap (CM) and configuration.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• translation files can be placed and accessed via CM and configuration.
• Provide documentation and release notes indicating that no translations are included in this release.

Out of Scope (Optional)

• Shipping translations for languages other than the default.

Customer Considerations (Optional)

• Inform customers that while i18n support is enabled, translations are not provided in this release.

Documentation Considerations

• Update documentation to include instructions on how to configure and use i18n features.
• Include a warning in the release notes that no translations are provided.
