Story

Currently, the list of plugins embedded inside RHDH as wrappers contains a number of plugins coming from GH repositories distinct from the 3 standard `backstage/backstage`, `redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins` and `backstage/community-plugins`.
The source GH repositories of these additional third-party plugins (roadie, immobilizer-labs, etc ...) are usually not following the structure and rules of the 3 standard repos mentioned above.
We have to ensure that they can be enrolled in the overlay repository and exported from here, which might require some specific additions, or some adjustments to the overlay repository behavior.
