The Jira Hygiene Linter (JiraLint) has been in beta testing for a few weeks, gathering and implementing feedback from the #jiralint-beta-testers channel. The goal of this issue is to:

1. Address remaining feedback and finalize the linter rules.
2. Document the onboarding process for new users.
3. Officially enable JiraLint for the entire RHIDP team beyond the beta test group.
4. Announce the rollout and provide guidelines for the team.

Tasks:

• Close RHIDP-2235 as the initial POC has been completed.
• Ensure all agreed-upon rules are implemented, including:
  • Required fields (Component, Priority, Story Points etc.) Review RHDH Workflow.
  • Enforcement of Feature Freeze (FF), Code Freeze (CF), and GA Push policies.
  • Exclusions for subtasks.
  • FixVersion enforcement (only one per issue).
• Announce the rollout in #rhdh-install and other relevant Slack channels.
• [Done] Completely Address outstanding feedback from beta testers.

Acceptance Criteria:

• JiraLint is enabled for the entire RHIDP team.
• Team members have clear documentation on how to opt in or out of notifications.
• Final feedback from beta testers has been implemented.
• Slack messages and notifications reflect the final agreed-upon rules.
