since the export dynamic script requires npx to run the janus-idp/cli app, we need to offline that with cachi2 via a yarn.lock.

Need a yarn.lock with rhdh-cli referenced and fetched by cachi2 - maybe we include this in the builder image at https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh-plugin-catalog/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/containerfiles/builder.Containerfile ?
then use Npx –offline-only-something to reference the previously cached cli version
