For a GA product we can't use a person developer's fork.

Thus we need to migrate davidfestal export script and overlay repo to redhat-developer

Once migrated, these files need updating:

We also need some logic to ensure that the rhdh-1 branch is associated with the upstream overlay repo's `release-main` and the rhdh-1.y branches are associated with the `release-1.y` branches.
