      We should bump to Go 1.23 once there is a Go toolset image available, in order to keep up with security and bug fixes.

      However as there is as yet no registry.redhat.io/ubi9/go-toolset:1.23, we need to either:

      • use something like brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/openshift-golang-builder:v1.23 (requires authentication) to run builds in Konflux, and some alpine image upstream; or
