for the 1.5 branch, we had a few bugs:

• https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/merge_requests/150/diffs was created against rhdh-1 branch instead of rhdh-1.5 branch so https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1.5-rhel-9/upstream_repos.yml?ref_type=heads#L5 is wrong and the above PR is misconfigured (wrong target branch) – fixed https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/commit/701ad6923b96e452911c51f776a0bc7200143d07

• the "konflux-release-data :: bump RPAs to ==" step failed utterly - should not have been run for a branch operation. See RHIDP-5432 instead.
