      The RHDH operator now supports built-in monitoring with automatic ServiceMonitor creation. Simply add spec.monitoring.enabled: true to your Backstage Custom Resource, and the operator will automatically create, manage, and clean up ServiceMonitor resources for Prometheus metrics collection on the /metrics endpoint. This eliminates the need for manual ServiceMonitor setup and enables out-of-the-box monitoring on OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters with Prometheus Operator installed.
