Keep DeployInProgress reason of Deployed condition from the time between creation CR to the point when objects are created (which is quite short and meaningless) to the time between creation CR to the point when Backstage instance is available (which takes some time).

For this purpose watch the actual state of Backstage Deployment and change it to Deployed only when it is is available.
