Since janus is being sunset the janus branding should be removed from the redhat-developer/rhdh repo.
- Move RHDH branding from rhidp/rhdh into redhat-developer/rhdh
- update build/ci/sync-midstream.sh to remove the extra branding changes (as they won't be needed)
