Description of problem:

Sometimes the operator e2e nightly tests return with the following error:

Backstage CRD is still not ready, waiting 30 secs... error: resource mapping not found for name: "rhdh" namespace: "" from "/tmp/rhdh/.ibm/pipelines/resources/rhdh-operator/rhdh-start.yaml": no matches for kind "Backstage" in version "rhdh.redhat.com/v1alpha2" ensure CRDs are installed first
