Description of problem:

The Customizing the home page doc is missing a usable configuration example as well as troubleshooting information to help the user successfully configure their home page to display the customizations that they want to apply

The sample configuration in the docs does not work. A different configuration (https://github.com/its-mitesh-kumar/Developer-Experience-F2F/tree/main/Customizing%20RHDH#customize-the-cards-on-the-homepage-add-rearrange) works initially, but changes are not reliably reflected on the user's screen.
