As a developer of RHDH, I want to e2e tests so that global header plugin feature is tested and ready for the release.

Acceptance Criteria

This ticket should focus on the header features that users can see while RHIDP-5472 should focus on the application.header mount point or the extensability of the global header.

1. Header should be enabled on the e2e tests by removing the configuration from rhdh/.ibm/pipelines/value_files/values_showcase-rbac.yaml and rhdh/.ibm/pipelines/value_files/values_showcase.yaml
2. Test could should be updated so that all existing tests passes. Esp. these that searches for Create... and Settings. In best case in a way that the automatically detect if the header is there or not.
3. Tests for specific header features like search, test the create link, test the notification link if notification is enabled in the e2e tests and the profile dropdown.
