As a user of RHDH, I want to hide items in the sidebar menu that are already displayed in the global header, so that the sidebar is less cluttered and easier to navigate.

Acceptance Criteria

There shouldn't be any duplicated items in the sidebar menu if global header is enabled and the items are configured in the header.
