Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

We need to have confidence that all the rhdh core plugins that we ship can load without problems. This Feature is to establish a test suite that would be performing basic sanity checks for all rhdh core plugins.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Make sure all core (including disabled) plugins can load and that there is a default config for them
• Automate test to verify that the plugins can load without errors
• Plugin Sanity Check Test suite is running in CI

Out of Scope (Optional)

• Plugin Marketplace Certification/Verification approach and framework 
  • (however this can be a setting stone towards this)
