Description of problem:

Pagination foot missing padding on Bulk Import Add repositories page.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. In rhdh-plugins/workspace/bulk-import directory
2. run `yarn install`
3. run `yarn dev`

Actual results:

Expected results:

Pagination should have a right padding to align up with table.
