As a partner of RHDH, I want to provide my own custom build information on the user settings page.

Background

Currently, we should have information from the build job (that updates from packages/app/src/build-metadata.json) on the user settings page => RHDH Metadata card.

Partners would like to show their own information there without rebuilding RHDH. We want allow them any kind of configuration to override the build information there.

It might be via an app-config configuration or reading a similar file from the (RHDH) file system so that they can mount a JSON file via a ConfigMap.

1. This feature needs a documentation for our partners, can be part of the normal customization documentation

Acceptance Criteria

1. RHDH Metadata card is customizable via an app-config.yaml. It shows up the bundled Build information if there is no runtime configuraton.
2. e2e tests for custom build information.
3. Ping documentation team.
