This is a follow-up issue for the remaining steps to be automated from RHIDP-778:

1) Verify without OpenShift DevSpaces installed -> go to the git repo in context in a new tab
2) Verify ingress decorator if ingress resource exists
3) Check the pipelines decorator if the workload has associated pipelines
4) On hover/click on decorator must show pipelines tooltip with the status
