      Description of problem:

      Pod successfully pulls the container image:

      Pulling image "quay.io/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9@sha256:3bce87a99a5507a0369bdc646b6e5bf0709ab7e9432b227bbd4b2d6c24f3a7a8"
      ...
      Successfully pulled image "quay.io/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9@sha256:3bce87a99a5507a0369bdc646b6e5bf0709ab7e9432b227bbd4b2d6c24f3a7a8" in 785ms (785ms including waiting). Image size: 1855758458 bytes.
      

      but then fails to start and ends up in a crashloop.

      Startup probe failed: Get "http://10.131.0.18:7007/.backstage/health/v1/liveness": dial tcp 10.131.0.18:7007: connect: connection refused
      

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Tested with OCP 4.18 clusterbot (gcp)

      Steps to Reproduce

      Ran this script to install via helm chart.

      Worked for 1.4.0 (1.4-115), failed for 1.5.0 (1.5-5):

         ~/bin/smoketest.install.sh --helm --latest -b rhdh-1.4-rhel-9
         ~/bin/smoketest.install.sh --helm --next  -b rhdh-1-rhel-9
