Implement a CreateAppFeatureLoader upstream that gets Module-Federation based frontend dynamic plugins served by a backend plugin.
The whole point is to provide a simple-to-use CreateAppFeatureLoader, that ca be added in the main new frontend application and, along with a backend plugin service the frontend Module federation assets, will provide dynamic frontend plugin support.
