Description of problem:

Changes made in the preview pull request form are lost when the side panel is closed and reopened if the pull request already exists.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on 'Bulk import' in the nav sidebar
2. Import a repository that creates a PR for adding catalog-info.yaml in the repo
3. Click on 'Add' to view the list of selected repositories
4. Select the repository with the pull request
5. Click on 'Preview Pull request' and update the form and hit 'Save' on the panel
6. Re-open the sidepanel

Actual results:

The changes made to the form are not retained

The changes made to the form should be retained
