Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on 'Bulk import' on the nav sidebar
2. Click on 'Add'
3. Select 3 repositories, and Click on 'Next Page'
4. Select 2 more repositories

Actual results:

The 'Check all' checkbox will appear as selected

Expected results:

The 'Check All' checkbox should be selected only when all the visible rows on the active page are checked.
