Update e2e test for analytics plugin to use API with static tokens

      e2e test for analytics plugin that checks plugin is disabled (on rbac deployment) uses UI. The test, which checks if a plugin is disabled, uses a guest token, which used to be the only way to interact with API.

      It is now possible to check this with API using static tokens (even on rbac deployment). Let's switch to API that is faster and more reliable.
