Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

There's a few opportunities to further improve the tooling and runtime behavior's ability to provide meaningful errors and early warnings to users that a plugin may fail to run properly. This feature captures areas where improvements could be made to help cut down on the detective work currently needed when dynamic plugins fail to load properly.
