EPIC Goal
Add e2e tests that cover some of the dynamic plugin frontend configuration use cases, such as entity tabs, menu items, dynamic routes etc.
Background/Feature Origin
There's only incidental coverage of the dynamic plugin frontend usage, it'd be good to have a set of specific e2e tests that validate the configuration works as documented.
