Description of problem:

After some problems blocking the e2e tests recently, many tests have been skipped. As per today, those are:
4 tests flagged as .fixme, from scaffold tests

_note that 4 tests flagged as fixme are covered here:https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-4264_

9 tests flagged as .skip, from different files.

Those tests have to be reviewed and re-enabled or removed as it corresponds.
