There is a `style-inject` module reference path issue with the current backstage-community plugins release process. A workaround to add `prepublish` script to handle the wrong reference path issue was implemented to @backstage-community/plugin-topology @1.29.4. 

Backstage has fixed the issue and the changes will be part of 1.33.0 release, scheduled for Tue, 19 Nov 2024. When BCP upgrade its Backstage version to 1.33.0, we need to remove the workaround script `prepublish` in BCP topology `package.json`
