Description of problem:

In the process of fixing e2e tests, I had to disable the `Audit Log check for Catalog Plugin` tests as well as a Scaffolder link test as I continually faced issues. I believe that this should be a simple fix to account for the occasional GitHub login popup.

Something similar to this may need to be added to one or more of the tests.
