Description of problem:

When executing a wizard there are gray boxes below the steps as in the video attached.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a RHDH from demo.redhat.com
2. Go to "Create"
3. Execute a template
4. See the steps on top of the screen

Actual results:

There is a gray background below the steps.

Expected results:

Remove the gray background.
