As depicted in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-4460 the Operator showing significant memory consuming in a loaded, multi-namespaces/resources environment like Dev Sandbox, which make questionable its using there.

The goal of this issue is to investigate and (as much as possible) mitigate this effect.
