      BREAKING CHANGE:
      Using the tech radar plugin now requires enabling both ./dynamic-plugins/dist/backstage-community-tech-radar and ./dynamic-plugins/dist/backstage-community-tech-radar-backend-dynamic .
      Depending on where you choose to load the JSON data for the plugin, you will need to configure additional configurations (see documentation on how to use the tech radar plugin).
