      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

A customer should be able to add one floating button in RHDH. This is useful to integrate with a chat such as Intercom or load a plugin such as Lightspeed Chatbot.

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

An administrator should be able to configure which plugin to attach to this button.

      Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

      • As an administrator, I want to be able to enable a global floating button from the RHDH configuration
      • As an administrator, I want to be able to change the position. For example, bottom right, or bottom left.
      • As an administrator, I want to be able to configure the icon, label and shape of the button.
      • As a user, when I click on the floating button, I should expect a 'pop up' window to appear and interact with the configured feature.

      Documentation Considerations

A customer should be able to find documentation to enable/disable this feature.

If the global Floater button is enabled, the documentation should explain how to configure it (icons, labels, shape, plugin to load)
