Audit the current structure of documentation in the repository and reorganize it based on team workflows and responsibilities.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create Home navigation item, and add information about the team / component, use the index.md for this https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh-team-docs/-/blob/main/docs/index.md?ref_type=heads 

• Structure the navigation of teams, WGs, etc using this doc RHDH Engineering Process - Google Docs

• Clean and logical navigation structure and all links work as expected.
