releasePlugin.sh doesn't also release the -dynamic version of a plugin

      Description of problem:

      Recently I pushed the keycloak-backend 1.13.3 plugin to npmjs.com from the 1.2.x branch, using the releasePlugin.sh script.

      Now I've realized that the keycloak-backend-dynamic plugin was not also updated.

      Also realized that there's a https://www.npmjs.com/package/@janus-idp/backstage-plugin-ocm-backend/v/4.0.10 but no https://www.npmjs.com/package/@janus-idp/backstage-plugin-ocm-backend-dynamic/v/4.0.10 so that one too needs to be fixed up.
