Description of problem:

Menu items with no title should be hidden.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In local backstage-showcase directory or install latest Developer Hub on OCP cluster, and then enable bulk-import plugin
2. Use the following dynamic plugin configuration

   1. // code placeholder
      dynamicPlugins:
        rootDirectory: dynamic-plugins-root
        frontend:
          janus-idp.backstage-plugin-bulk-import:
            menuItems:        
              bulk-import.repositories:          
                parent: favorites

Actual results:

In sidebar navigation, there's an empty menu item row. See attached screenshot.

Expected results:

Bulk-import menu item should be hidden instead an empty row in the navigation sidebar.
