Plugins in the release-1.3 branch are not on the latest patch version.  There were semver bumps on the main branch that were never backported.  Mostly bumps to the janus cli 1.13.2 but some plugins such as acr, jfrog, nexus-repository-manager were not updated with the share-react 2.10.3 plugin which contains this bugfix
